Can I cancel? What if I move house?

The initial commitment is for 24 months from installation. Thereafter, the service continues on a month to month basis, and you can cancel anytime with 1 month notice.

If you want to cancel within the initial 24 month term, you will be liable for a R3,000 cancellation fee, to cover the cost of installation, removal and refurbishment. If you move house within this period, you can either have us relocate your HotBot (for a fee to be quoted at the time), or have the new residents take over your HotBot for free for the remainder of the 24 month term (in which case the cancellation fee will be waived).
